Who we are

Behar AI is operated by Haris Samardžić (Einzelunternehmer, trading as SamHaris.AI), based in Stuttgart, Germany. Contact: hello@behar.ai.

Data we collect

Account data: Name, email, company name, role. Collected during trial application.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, prompts configured. Used to improve the product.

API keys (BYO): If you bring your own API keys, they are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They never leave the EU. Revocable anytime.

Data storage

All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). We use Vercel's fra1 region. Encryption at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact hello@behar.ai for any data request. We respond within 30 days.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization, loaded only after cookie consent. No ad tracking. No data selling. You can decline analytics entirely.
