Operator

Behar AI is operated by Haris Samardžić (Einzelunternehmer, trading as SamHaris.AI), based in Stuttgart, Germany.

Service

Behar AI provides AI search visibility tracking and content generation services via a web application. Access is by paid subscription or approved trial.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with immediate effect.

BYO API keys, where supported by your plan, unlock unlimited monthly runs on each connected LLM provider. You are responsible for usage charged by the provider directly. If a key is removed or revoked, the standard plan run cap applies from that moment.

Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, encryption, and your rights under GDPR.

Limitation of liability

Behar AI is provided “as is” during beta. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of visibility scores but do not guarantee specific outcomes. LLM responses are inherently variable.

Governing law

German law applies. Stuttgart jurisdiction. CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) is excluded.
